Mainstreaming swimming

I am gradually getting back to swimming; it might be time to up it to 4 times a week.

2200 yards (longest in 18 months): 800 free (with Jason), 100 back, 100 breast, 200 of drill swim.
Main set: 3 x 200 on the 4: 3:26, 3:27, 3:28 (best in a while), 100 back
2 x 100 on 2 (1:48 each..out of the mindset), 2 x 50 on the 1 (54 each).

Then I walked home (rainy) and walked 2 treadmill miles (27:35); minor pain (running shoes, orthotics, heel pads). Walking to work was not that bad.
I stretched before and after.

Weight: 202.4 after swimming. (and breakfast)
