Today: everything hurt (at first)

I am not sure what is going with my body (too much sitting) but during today’s workout, most all of my body hurt a bit.

usual pt
pull ups: 5 sets of 10…and the first 2-3 sets felt sluggish and almost painful, but the final two sets were stronger than they’ve been recently??
bench press: 10 x 135, 5 x 185 (no spotter, so cut it short), 8 x 175 (no spotter so cut it short..this is 5 lbs. up)
incline: 10 x 135 (easy but sort of painful)
military: standing, 10 x 50 (dumbbell, 2 sets), 10 x 90 (each arm) machine
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 200 (Hammer machine)

Treadmill: walk 4 miles in 57:30. started with a 0.5 mile in 15:03 then did “3 minutes at each incline) 1-2-3-4-5-1-2-3-4-5 and finished at 5 to 57:30 then cooled down.

Note: soles of the feet have been numb for a long time..bring this up with the doctor. Might be PF.

So, overall, performance wise, it was nothing special but, well, some days I am just a bit achy.

If I waited until I felt optimally to work out, I’d never work out.
