-15: gag

Well, I need to get off of the computer and finish my reading list. Not that I will.

Workout notes: I was tired from the extra “fast” walking over the past couple of days so my 5 miles was a bit of a bust:

11:49 jog, (treadmill) then 4 more miles in 55:03 (mostly walking ..jogged a bit of hills, then reverted to 14-14:20 mpm walking on various grades, ranging from 1 to 5.
2 sets of 5 squats with 44 (to the sill to make my knees bend)

Tomorrow: got to be intentional with my workouts.
