wonderful fall…

I sure hope that marathon weather is like this.

Workout notes: yesterday, weights, rope skipping (60/70), yoga on my own.
rotator cuff, hip hikes, toe raises, pull ups: 5-5, 5-5-5, 5-5-5, 5-5, then 10 (kind of rushed through; the 5-5-5 sets were “switch grip with tiny rests”
bench 10 x 135, 5 x 185, 8 x 170
incline: 10 x 135
standing military: 10 x 50, 10 x 45, 20 x 40 (dumbbells)
machine rows: 3 sets of 10 x 110
abs (12 twist crunch 10 moving bridge, 10 yoga leg lifts) 2 sets each, head stand, yoga.

Today: W. Peoria Track, to/from, then 47:45 (24:53/22:51..these were 2.1 mile segments) Very similar to last week. It felt fine; glorious weather.
