Catching up (workouts)

Yesterday: “full Froggy”..ok, a 4 minute Froggy (5.89 at 1 hour); 1:00:40 for 6 miles; walk jog to 10K 1:03:50). Then light squats: 10 x 0, 5 x 25, 5 x 45, 5 x 45, 5 x 50, then 10 x 230 leg press.
Today: 10.1 mile walk (same as recently) in 2:35:45. Great weather. Previous was 2:30:50, 2:49, 2:41 for the same course. I deliberately sped up on the way back (48:36 for the back of the Riverplex to home; it was 51:10 out…note that the back was net uphill).

I’ll talk about other issues later; this winter has been somewhat “cool spring” like.

On a personal level, I seem to have shaken some doldrums; the body is responding better and my back is much, much better. I’m sure that “this too shall pass”. 🙂
