Workout for 31 January

Note: total January miles is 162, but this includes a long slack period. Long distance: 13 mile walk.

Today: weights followed by a 4 mile walk in Bradley Park.

Weights: rotator cuff, several sets of 5 squats, starting with 0 and working my way to 50, then 10 x 230 in the leg press.
pull ups: 5 sets of 10 (better)
bench press: 10 x 135, 5 x 195, 7 x 175 (missed one rep)
incline press: 8 x 150 (a bit weak)
military: 10 x 50 dumbbell standing, 20 x 50 seated, supported, 10 x 85 barbell
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 50 dumbbell
abs: 2 sets of 12 twist crunch, 10 yoga leg lifts
headstand: got right into it.

Side plank: stacked the ankles, each side.
