adjusting…

I managed to to a 10K run on the treadmill (1:02:10 for 6 miles, 1:04:30 for 10K) by doing a 5-minute Froggy (start at 5.2 mph and increase the speed by 0.1 mph every 5 minutes). I couldn’t do this with increases every 3 minutes. But this struck the right balance; this is where I am now.

I’ll take it though; I felt really good afterward.
