Wonderful weekend walk…

Alliteration….impressed? 🙂

Today I lifted (slight change) and walked 7 miles with Mamma T.

The weights: rotator cuff, pull ups (4 sets of 10, then 1 more set of 5-5 (switch grip) after presses.
bench press: 10 x 135, 2 x 190 (grip too wide?) 3 x 190, 6 x 180
incline press: 10 x 150
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 110 (machine)
military: 10 x 50 standing dumbbell (each arm), 3 sets of 10 x 180 (machine), 10 x 40 dumbbell; trying to keep the left elbow/forearm comfortable.

abs: 2 sets of 12 twist crunch, 10 yoga leg lifts
headstand (not that difficult)
side planks (stack the ankles)

Weight: 197.6. Too high…but not going up. It is stable though; we’ll see how a few days of “new usual” eating goes.

Then I met up with Mamma T for a nice 7 mile walk; she spotted several eagles along the Illinois River. It was in the 40’s and sort of damp.

Then Barbara joined us for Mexican food to complete the morning/noon.
