Holiday season workouts…

Holidays: I’ll neither confirm nor deny that this sort of thing has happens/happens around our house.

I do remember a time, oh, about a decade ago, when a nice looking middle aged women in form fitting white slacks asked me about a “bending over” stretch and proceeded to bend over in front of me, asking if she were “doing it right”. 🙂

Workout notes: I’ve been on the go so I am behind here:

Saturday: weights plus a 3 mile walk (5K in 41:17). Full weight workout; rotator cuff, pull ups (5 sets of 10), bench press: 10 x 135, 4 x 190, 10 x 170, incline: 10 x 145, military: 2 sets of 10 x 50 standing dumbbell, 20 x 50 seated, supported, then 3 sets of 10 x 50 single arm rows, headstand.

Sunday: 3 mile run on the hotel treadmill; 34:20; walked a bit during warm-up (stiff?)

Monday: weights plus 2 mile walk: Full weight workout; rotator cuff, pull ups (5 sets of 10), incline press: 10 x 135, 5 x 160, 10 x 150, military: 2 sets of 10 x 50 standing dumbbell, 20 x 50 seated, supported, then 3 sets of 10 x 50 single arm rows, headstand. Abs: 2 sets of 12 twist crunch, 10 yoga leg lifts, 5 more pull ups to show off to Barbara.
