Indian food diplomacy …

Workout notes: yesterday, 5 mile walk (2 lower loops). Today: weights then a 5 mile walk (out and back; hillier than Monday). Weights: rotator cuff, a few free squats, 30 lb. goblet squats, 5 x 200 leg press, pull ups: 5 sets of 10. incline: 10 x 135, 7 x 150, 10 x 135. rows: 3 sets of 10 x 50 (dumbbell, single arm), military: 10 x 50 standing, 15 x 50 seated, supported, 10 x 40 standing (dumbbells), headstand, 2 sets of 12 twist crunch, 10 yoga leg lifts, moving half bridges.

Sunday: Barbara was back in town and we went to Indian buffet and met Linda there:

The food at Ruchi’s is good; but this little lunch was more meaningful to me that usual.
