Warm Sunday?

Looking at this Sunday’s weather forecast…it is starting to look a LOT like the one for the Sunday that was three weeks ago, albeit with more cloud cover. Ugh. I sure hope that the forecast is wrong.

Workout notes: rotator cuff, pull ups: 10-5, 10-5, 10, 10 (the 10-5 set is do 10, then 5 more with a different rest in between)
bench press: 10 x 135, 4 x 185 (easy), 7 x 170
military (dumbbell) 10 x 50 standing, 15 x 50 seated, supported, 10 x 40
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 50

yep, that’s it. My legs ARE feeling very good.
