Back in Pryor, OK

On the way home; I left Austin just prior to 2 pm. Dallas: 635 was ok but US 75 North was HORRIBLE up until McKinney.
Rush Hour.

But getting the “bonus time” with my daughter was well worth it.

Workout notes: 5K run in 30:52 (hotel treadmill); last 11 minutes were 6.7-7.1 (up every 2 minutes).
Walk a cool down then weights: 3 passes through the row, pull down, military press, chest press, 10 x 40 dumbbell military, rotator cuff circuit, and weightless squats.
