Ok…back to work

Workout notes: too pretty to make this a 100 percent indoor day.
Lifting: pull ups (5 sets of 10)
rotator cuff
bench press (power rack) 10 x 135, 1 x 185, 6 x 170 (clanged one rep off of the safety rack)…just couldn’t get comfortable.
incline press: 7 x 150
military press: 2 sets of 12 x 50 dumbbell, seated, supported, 10 x 85 standing barbell.
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 50 dumbbell.

headstand ( up, went down and got back up again), 2 sets of 12 twist crunch, 2 sets of 10 yoga leg lifts.

walk: Cornstalk course (4.2), not timed; they’ve opened the gates early this year.

Hillary Clinton and the Democrats have their best odds yet.
