Little by little…

Not 100 percent yet…but close
Weight: 185.0 prior to swimming.
Weights: sweated all over the place. pull ups; 5 sets of 10 (last set: weak)
rotator cuff
incline press: 10 x 135, 7 x 150 (not the 8-10 I like), 10 x 140
military press: 3 sets of 10 x 40 dumbbell standing
rows: 2 sets of 10 x 40 dumbbell, 10 x 110 machine
abs: headstand (easy?), 2 sets of 12 twist crunches, 2 sets of 10 leg lifts

swim: 1000 free (fought off Jason, gained on but couldn’t catch Mike)
5 x 100 drill/swim (fins)
200 pull (tough)
100 back

1800 total. Didn’t cough into the water that much.

Still have night sweats, though diminished.

And I’ve become grumpy (more so than normal); I’ve got to learn to chill out.
