Time to go!

Ok…I am wondering if Faygo Red Pop has caffeine in it or not; once again I had trouble falling asleep..and then I woke up a 3:30. I got some more later.

But I did make it to the gym by 7:15 and managed an “frog boil” treadmill workout for 57 minutes; then did 1 more minute at 7.1 mph to get to 6 miles in 58 minutes 17:4x for the final 2); walked to get to 10K in 1:01:14 then walked 2 more miles on the track in 29 minutes to cool down.

8 miles is way better than zero…did some stretching. Now to write up solution keys, lesson plans and get ahead on some math.
