Having to cut back

I admit that I used break as kind of a training camp to get going on sports. But I’ll have to cut back when classes start, and while this might not limit my volume all that much, it will reduce the quality a bit. The workouts won’t be quite so leisurely paced.

Weights: rotator cuff, pull ups (5 sets of 10),
bench press: 10 x 135, 9 x 170 (strong)
incline press: 2 sets of 10 x 140 (easy)
military (dumbbells) : 2 sets of 12 x 50 seated, supported, 10 x 40 standing
rows: 2 sets of 10 x 50 each arm (dumbbells), 10 x 110 machine
abs: 2 sets of twist crunches, 2 sets of yoga leg lifts, moving bridge, headstand

Walking: 4 miles in 52:08 (14:01, 12:55, 12:49, 12:23), (lane 2), one more treadmill mile in 14:20 (1-2-3-4-5-6-7 then 7 minutes at 8)

I feel very good. I’m sure that will change soon enough. 🙂
