Really…back to work

I did a few long-neglected odds and ends this morning. Yeah, the holidays are coming up.😛

Workout notes: untimed 10K run in Bradley park: long sleeves, gloves, hat, and shorts! 22 December in Illinois…that is not bad. Then to Markin for weights:
rotator cuff
pull ups: 5 sets of 10 (last set burned..did 7-3 with different grips)
bench press: 10 x 135, 4 x 185, 8 x 170 (good)
incline: 10 x 140
military: one set of 12 x 50 seated, supported; couldn’t get a second (tired), 10 x 40 dumbbell standing, 10 x 200 machine
rows: 2 sets of 10 x 50 dumbbell (each arm), 10 x 110 machine
abs: 2 sets of twist crunch (12), 2 sets of yoga leg lifts, headstand.

Mathematics: I might write a couple of posts of things I learned recently. Now to get to the office and do that review.
