Not into it but….

For some reason, sleep is difficult right now; I am getting 6-6:30 per night.
Nevertheless….

I got in a 2200 yard swim: 500 easy, 500 of 50 drill (fins), 50 swim
Then though I had no desire to get out of my “easy effort cocoon” I decided to try 10 x 100 on the 2:10
1:43, 1:43, 1:43, 1:43, 1:40 (chased Jason who was using paddles), 1:40, 1:39, 1:40, 1:41, 1:39. I think that I got better length than I have been getting lately.
200 to cool down (150 back, 2 x 25 fly with fins)

Weights: pull ups 15-10-10-10, then one more set of 10 after inclines
rotator cuff
bench: 10 x 135, 8 x 170 (strong)
incline: 10 x 135 (very easy)
military: 2 sets of 10 x 45 dumbbell, standing, 10 x 200 (100 each arm) machine
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 110 machine.
abs: 2 sets of twist crunch, 2 sets of yoga leg lifts, moving bridge recoveries.

Personal

This is very good. I have to remember that the very qualities that attract me to friends and loved ones can also drive me crazy. And, ANYONE who has a friendly relationship with me is going to have to accept A LOT.
