One final down…

Workout notes: 2 mile treadmill warm up (21:20)
track: I was thinking about doing a mile all out but my head/body wasn’t into it.

so 6 x 400 + 3 x 200 with walk/jog recoveries (about 2 minutes)
2:03, 2:00, 1:49, 2:00, 2:00, 2:03, 57, 1:00, 59 (31:54 for 3)
11:10 final mile on treadmill

Then yoga, etc.

The faster I get grading done, the quicker I can get to more pleasant activities.
