Onward to final exams…

Workout notes: 500 easy, 500 of drill/swim (fins), 2 x 250 (4:33 each..not much of an effort), alternate 100: pull, fins, swim to get to 2000, then 100 back, 2 x 50 (fly/back).
I just enjoyed the swim; didn’t push.

Weight: 184.0 after swimming (thanks nachos!)

weights: pull ups, 15, 15, 10, 10 (strong…sets of 15 weren’t that bad)
rotator cuff
bench: 10 x 135, 3 x 185, 7 x 170 (no spotter; had to not push that last rep)
incline: 10 x 140
military: 2 sets of 12 x 50 dumbbell (seated, supported), 10 x 40 standing.
rows: 2 sets of 10 x 50, 10 x 110 machine.
abs: 2 sets of twist crunch, 2 of yoga leg lifts.

Overall, I feel a bit sleepy but good.
Now I need to hang tough this week.
