Almost to the end of fall 2015

Of course, one of my professor friends reminded me that we are almost to the end in terms of date..but much work remains.

THEN I can do my own work!

Workout notes: swim: 500, then 5 x (50 drill (fins), 150 swim), 500 of 100 pull, 100 swim, 100 pull, 100 swim, 100 pull
100 of back with fins..and my calves cramped (mile run yesterday?)
4 x 25 fly.

Weights: pull ups (5 sets of 10)
rotator cuff
bench press: 10 x 135, 3 x 185 (weak), 7 x 170 (strong),
incline press: 10 x 135 (easy)
military press: barbell: 2 sets of 10 x 85, 7 x 85 (gave up)
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 200 Hammer
abs: 2 sets of 12 twist crunch, 2 sets of 10 yoga leg lifts, moving bridge recoveries.

I’ll have more to say later in the day….maybe.
