back to the full week then…

Workout notes: I was feeling a bit run down so I took it easy today.

Swim: 2000 yards straight at a steady pace, then 150 back (fins), 50 fly (fins).

Note: Jason was faster with paddles than I was without. There will come a time when he’ll be faster without the paddles.

Weights: pull ups: 5 sets of 10 (went well), rotator cuff
incline bench: 10 x 135, 8 x 150 (good!) 10 x 140 (tough)
military press: 2 sets of 12 x 50 seated, supported, 10 x 40 standing (dumbbells)
rows: 2 sets of 10 x 50 dumbbell (each arm), 10 x 110 machine
abs: 2 sets of 12 x twist crunch, 2 sets of 10 leg lifts (yoga style), moving bridge recoveries.

This workout actually went reasonably well.
