Workout: not much. 1000 yards of swimming (straight), 5 x 100 (alt 25 side, 25 free), 4 x 50 alternating swim drills (fins), free, 100 of back and fly.

Weight: 184 gym, 186 home

Tomorrow: 2 mile jog, stretch.
