Illinois vs. Kent State: delayed until Saturday

Workout notes: weights.
rotator cuff
pull ups (5 sets of 10)
Bench press: 10 x 135, 4 x 185, 7 x 170
incline press: 10 x 140
military: 3 sets of 10 x 40 dumbbell (standing)
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 200 Hammer Machine
pull downs: 3 sets of 10 x 150 alternate machine

yoga: longer; headstand was even easier.

Later: we went to Champaign for the scheduled 8 pm start. They evacuated the stadium at 7:20; by 9:30 it still had not started so I decided to drive Barbara back to the hotel then go back to the stadium; just as we get to the hotel they announce that the game is at 1 pm Saturday.

So, we’ll head back after lunch! I have my running shoes and shorts and the hotel has a free breakfast.

I know that the delay is bad, but officials had to find out if Kent State had a place to sleep and eat.

Unfortunately, I drank caffeine too late…sleep might be restless.
