On working out, etc.

Off to the gym in a bit. Yeah, young women work out but I like the GILFs too:

I just read this post about working out and weight loss. Bottom line: working out doesn’t burn off that many calories and people frequently overestimate how much they burn off. Hence people frequently GAIN weight when they start working out. Caloric intake matters!

Oh, and as far as working out, all too often I’ve seen people “exercising”:

I don’t think that sitting on a water noodle or walking at 30 minutes per mile while blabbing away on your cell phone counts. 🙂
