2 August Check in: weights, back, etc.

Workout notes
Weights: hip hikes, achilles, abs (3 sets of 10: twists, sit backs, v. crunch, crunch), legs (3 sets of 10: hamstring curl, push back, adduction, abduction), rotator cuff

pull ups: 5 sets of 10 (easy)
bench (not so easy), 10 x 135, 3 x 185, 3 x 185, 8 x 170
incline (not so easy) 3 x 150, 7 x 150
curls/pull down superset (3 sets of 10) 65 curl (EZ curl), 160 pull down
military/row (hammer machine: 3 set of 10) 200 row, 55 (each arm) military

I used a sleeveless. I have muscles, but they are old man muscles; sort of impressionistic.

Back: was fair; I cut the grass with no difficulty.

Tonight’s trail run: I am planning on passing, UNLESS it comes up dry this evening. then I might speed hike it. I really don’t want to miss this:

Speaking of yoga pants: no, you are not “entitled” to wear a certain brand of pants; a company has every right to make the sizes that it wants to sell. Of course, the pants from this company cost anywhere from 82 to 92 dollars PRIOR to shipping costs and if a woman wants to work out in transparent yoga pants, why not buy a cheap pair and run them through the wash/dry cycle a bunch of times?
