Jesus is angry with Illinois for not passing the gay marriage bill

Workout notes
snow shoveling (I wish I were kidding)
rotator cuff
pullups (5 sets of 10)
hip hikes, toe raises
bench press: 10 x 135, 4 x 180, 7 x 170
ab set: 3 sets of 10: crunch, twist, sit back, 3 sets of 20: vertical crunch
incline: 10 x 140, 8 x 140
lat pull downs: 3 sets of 10 x 160
curls (pulley) 3 sets of 10 x 57.5
military press: 2 sets of 12 x 50 dumbbell, 1 set of 10 x 80 machine
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 65 dumbbell (each arm)
dumbbell bench: 2 sets of 10 x 65 (kind of died here)

Then 3.11 mile (5K) run on the treadmill: 10:14, 19:10, 27:20, 28:12 (10:14, 8:56, 8:10)
the foot was ok; it seems to do better with quicker running rather than with slow waddling. Perhaps I strike less on my heels when I run a bit faster.

We got hit with an unusual snowstorm; Springfield got between 17 and 18.5 inches! We had 7 inches, according to Weather Underground. That is a new record for Springfield, and a “date record” for Peoria. This is unusual for this time of year, here.
I think that Jesus is sending us a message about gay marriage: Jesus is telling us: “Illinois House, PASS THE GAY MARRIAGE ACT”.

(hey, the right wing makes such claims (here, here) so why can’t we? 🙂

Fortunately, though some of it stuck, much of it didn’t:
