Workout notes Morning: 1800 yard swim:
500 warm up, 10 x 100 on 2: 1:47, 47, 47, 47, 46, 45, 44, 45, 45, 43 (1:45.6 average)

Noon: 5.1 mile walk (hilly) in 1:08:08 (34:07 half way); the turn around point is about 80-100 feet lower than the start finish point hence the slightly faster second half was a better effort.

It is February in Illinois…and I wore shorts. It doesn’t get better than this….well, I know. That is short sighted of me.
