24 October Afternoon…

Workout notes

I walked one slowish loop (3:09) in McNaughton Park (10 miles); I was 1:31 at the bridge, 1:10 at the base of golf hill and 1:01 at Lick Creek; 2:33 at the 8 mile bridge.

The course has some surface slickness but was mostly in good shape and very walkable or runnable; I’d advise the faster runners to watch out for leaf covered roots.

Injury wise: I had small twinges in spots and some mile “after ache”; I was able to change my gait from place to place.

Here is one of Mike Siltman’s photos (from earlier this week); see the rest here.
