Workout notes 4 mile walk (55:xx) then a 2000 yard swim (500 in 9:06, 10 x 50 drill/swim with fins, alternate 50 fly, 50 free, then 10 x 50 (alternate 50 free, 50 paddle).

Note: I had some behind the right knee ache after my walk; just slight “thereness” during the walk. It was chilly.
